| Jyoti D. Pawar is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Technology at Goa University. She has completed her Masters in Computer Applications(MCA) in July 1990 from Goa University and her Ph.D in Computer Science on thesis titled “Design and Analysis of Subspace Clustering Algorithms and their Applicability” in November 2005 from Goa University. Her areas of interest are Problem Solving, Data Structures and Data Mining. She is a member of the Board of Studies in Computer Science at Goa University and a life member of the Computer Society of India. Currently she is also working as a investigator for three major Natural Language Processing(NLP) consortia mode projects funded by DIT, New Delhi. She mentors the Master of Computer Applications(MCA) students and Ph.D (Computer Science) students at Goa University. She is a member of various committees set up from time to time to assist in various activities/events held at Goa University. She is also a member of the Art of Living Foundation, Goa Chapter and the Yoga Vedanta Seva Samiti, Goa Chapter. |
